9.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, bull88 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance is found to have been generated through prohibited conduct, it may be forfeited. Where a balance is legitimate and KYC is complete, it will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
